  1. Hi Hehey,

    Some winter fruits and seeds (in the United States) include pumpkin, gourds, squashes, cucumbers, melons, apples, rose hip, hazelnut, potatoes, avocado, kiwi, green beans, egg plant, and pears.

    You should also keep in mind that this is for the northern hemisphere... in the southern hemisphere (like Australia) the growing season is opposite.

  3. Oaks produce acorns in autumn that contain their seeds encased in a fruit which people call a nut. Also maple produce seeds in autumn called keys which are also called helicopters as they are winged seeds that spiral down.
