Which play is easier 'A Winter's Tale' or 'Measure for Measure'?

I need to chose a Shakespeare play for A2 level.

  1. go for winters tale, a lot more written about it online so u can just nick it.  


  2. I did a winter's tale, it is the most ridiculous story but its pretty easy if you actually listen in class/are good at working alone.

  3. In my opinion 'A Winter's Tale' is more easy to follow but 'Measure for Measure' is a much better play and you'd get more out of it

  5. You get to choose? Our class had to do The Winter's Tale and the other class had to do Measure for Measure. I think you should go with Measure for Measure, as it's been a choice for AQA for longer than The Winter's Tale (which has only been an option for the last three years). I had a lot of trouble trying to find out what the exam would be on and my teacher didn't seem to have much of an idea either. The Winter's Tale is quite good though and easy to follow. But apparently you can get a lot out of Measure for Measure, like arguing whether or not it's a problem play and so on.
