Which portable/battery powered amp has the best sound quality for an outdoor concert?

first of all, one is combo amp and the other is a PA system

combo amp-an amplifier(where the k***s are) and a cabinet (the speaker)

PA system-a system of speakers which can be monitored through a mixer, but are NOT compatible with a guitar unless the guitar has 100ft long cord and hooked into the mixer.
