Question:

Which portable foods have the most protein?

besides the obvious chicken/fish answer, im looking for somehting i can take to school everyday and eat in class, something small and bite-sized, so when i lift wieights in gym, im ready to get big, i heard penut butter sandwiches help

ps. i eat a lot of bread, does that help if not, ill eat all my food just like that so i can cram more in!

  1. Field Peas, also known as dry peas/beans.

    We fed field peas to livestock(pigs & chicken), as a feed alternative because they were cheaper than conventional grain feeds, plus the peas had a higher protien content.  

    Field peas are also found in many human etable pea soups,...like 'Habitant' pea soup. When cooked, they smell like beacon and taste amazing.

    Soy Beans also,...soy sause, soy milk,..ect. But beware, alot of soy products in groucery stores are non-organic. I'm not an organic nut, but soy beans are known for being a big time GMO.

    Egg whites are good. The protien content depends on how much protien you feed the chickens, lol. You are what you eat, literally.


  2. Nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc...)

    Cheese sticks (easy to grab on the go)

    Peanut butter on celery/apples or Peanut butter sandwich

    Protein shake
