  1. Personally, I always start out with 2 runningbacks. They are the most coveted position in fantasy football, and there's nothing more hard to get halfway through the season than a runningback. So I always load up on them early.

Next is quarterback. A postion equally as important, but with alot more depth.

It's always good to have a stud receiver, but usually recievers are the most likely to be busts, and are rarely consistent from week to week. (see. Colston, Ocho Cinco). So they can wait until the 4th or 5th.

Next is defense. I always try to have the first ranked defense, because a top defense will rack up alot of points each week.

Tight ends are good, but unless someone like Gates or Winslow is available, it can wait until after the other skill positions, because they're usually not a QB's #1 target.

Kickers wait until the last pick. period.

So in your league, I'd go with a lineup of.

    1. RB

    2. RB

    3. QB

    4. WR

    5. RB

    6. WR

    7. TE

    8. D

    9. WR

    10. WR

    11. RB

    12. QB

    13. WR

    14. D

    15. K

  2. There is no one way to draft your positions, as the best strategy is determined from a lot of factors; draft position, how many teams, recent trends, and player values.  Generally though, it should go RB, WR, QB, TE, and then RB and WR again.   Kickers you call always get in the last round or in FA.  Defense is something that should wait.
