  1. i'd build around kwame brown

  2. Well so far most nba championship teams r surrounded by a C or PF. Wilt, Duncen, Russel, shaq, malone, kg, kareem, and im too lazy to name more but trust me theres more....so i would have to say C or PF...but its sorta a competition between C/PF and PG.

  3. The traditional wisdom has been that the best player should be a PG in the college game and a C in the pros. I think this is hogwash, however. In both games there are just too many examples of championship teams whose star plays any one of the five positions. If you're starting from scratch, the best advice is to pick the best player available and then build your style of play around that player.

  4. pg cuz hes the general and makes the offense go

  5. Probably SG, since the last time a team successfully built around their SG, they ended up having two 3-peats, with a certain #23 at the helm.

  6. My PG. If he's a scoring guard I put defenders and light-out three point shooters around him for double team situations. If he's pass first I look for skilled post players, particularly ones that can play at 15-17ft from the basket as well as at the rim. Also quick players so there are cutters around the passer and the post players. It's really all a puzzle.

  7. I would want my best player to be a scorer.

  8. If you look at the majority of all championship teams that have rings (except the bulls) they all had 1 dominate big man.  A strong center has been the key to most championship.  Hakeem, Duncan, Wilt, Russell, Shaq, garnett (even though he is not the typical big man)

  9. Power Forward...big men are important and centers are too immobile.  A great PF can dominate anywhere on the court.  But really you need at least 2 stars to win a title, so pick up a PG, too.

  10. i would build around a CENTER. having a great center and throwing ok forwards and good guards will be enough to win games and maybe championships. look at the 93 &94 rockets.

  11. around a PG so he can better the team like chris paul

  12. either C or PF. Think of Shaq in Orlando or KG in Minnesotta, both played in a Finals respectively

  13. probally two athletic guys SF and PG

  14. Center, if he's good enough he can always find a way to score. Plus you get rebounding and blocking.

  15. A PG who was very vocal and encouraging. Doesn't have to be the leading scorer.
