Which postion for fresh graduate apply? pls give advice?

i'm going to graduate my study (degree in hospitality management)

i would like to seek advice from you that which position normally fresh graduate apply job in hotel , resort or casino

my aim is become resort manager.. pls give me advice..

Are you in the UK? If so, there are plenty of websites out there with details of <a rel="follow" href="http://www.graduate-jobs.com/">graduate roles</a>, you're sure to find something that's suitable for you. Or look for a position where you can work your way up.
