  1. nuclear,

they're working on fusion reactors, but they cost more energy then they produce atm, and coal and stuff produces alot less then nuclear

  2. You are aware that a power "plant" is a homonym, and it does not refer to an actual member of the plant family, and as such, this should not be posted in "Botany", right?

    =P

The sun produces the greatest amount of energy, in fact, until the 20th century, almost all, if not all, of the power we used was derived from the sun. That all changed with the advent of nuclear power.

Nuclear power produces the most power as a power plant.

  3. Hydroelectric.

The single largest producer of electricity in the US is Grand Coulee Dam at almost 7 gigawatts of power.

The largest single nuclear power production facility in the US is Browns Ferry, if fully operational, and Palo Verde.  Both can put out just over 3 gigawatts of power.

  4. After the sun a Nuclear power plant.

  5. Nuclear, possibly Fission in the future
