Which prepaid cell phone company is the cheapest?

I have Virgin Mobile right now, but I'm thinking of switching.

Are there any prepaid companies that have really good deals?

We have 2 prepaid cell phones.  One for emergencies only and one to use as our land line, since we don't make many calls.  The one for emergencies is Tracfone, and it's sort of on the expensive side:  .30/min.  Our other phone is a Net 10, and it's only .10/min., so obviously it's the cheaper of the two.  I don't know how others run.
