I am moving out of the country but will be coming back on holidays and breaks, so I don't want to keep paying monthly for my phone plan. I have chosen to use a prepaid phone plan but was wondering which one would give me a better value for what I pay.

  1. "t-mobile" try  the flex plan. it is a month to month plan so if you don't pay you wont get stuck.

  2. i used to have a go phone with att and i liked it a lot.  the only reason i got a plan was because i used a lot and needed a plan.  check out att.com and click on go phones

    ;)

  3. My father works for T-Mobile. He knows EVERYTHING about cell phones. I am getting a new Sidekick Slide. (it is really cool) but anyway, I think that T-Mobile is the best choice. You get your Fave Five where you can call those people for free. It's really a great phone system!!

  4. honestly T-mobile will have the best rates. Prepaid phones suck though. Its good your only using it for holidays and breaks. They sucker your money really fast. Tmobile will have the best calling rate plans but I know att has unlimited texting plans for like 14.99 a month that you pay on top of the calling package. so it depends on what you use your phone for most.

  5. It really depends on which service the people you will be calling have.  For example, where I live everyone used Cingular or AT&T (same thing) and I have a pay as you go phone plan through AT&T.  I just buy the reload cards at Wal-Mart and when I call someone who has AT&T then it's free but you have to pay $1.00 a day when you use the phone.  If you don't use the phone that day, then they don't take off the dollar.  If you call home phones or another service provider, it costs ten cents.  But if most people you call uses Verizon, for example, it would be best if you got that plan.

  6. AT&T is a very good service provider, especially with GoPhones and such. AT&T is almost everywhere in the world, so chances are it will work very nicely.
