Which processor is latest and good?

hi friends please tell me which is the latest and best processor ( Range any)

1) Intel duo core

2)Intel core 2 duo

3) Intel atom

4) Intel centrio

5) Any other

i know that centrino is a good one as it is made up of the processor microchip and wireless in it

the answer for which is best tho would be 5 any other as the intel quad core is the best atm

intel centrino 2 is the newest core 2 duo, at least 2 or more ghz to be new, and have a p in name

Intel core 2 duo, would be the best. But anything with intel and you have a pretty good processor.

Core 2 Extreme. But that's like $500 all by itself.

Core 2 Quad Extreme, Intel Xeons, for the desktop parties.

good depends on what your using it for but the octa core is the latest
