  2. Sounds like a bandaid solution to me mate ......... i have no idea which would be the best product to choose or, for that matter, whether it would really have any lasting impact on your immune system at any rate ♥

    Wouldn't it be more prudent to bolster the functioning of the immune, neural & digestive system by firstly pinpointing any allergies you may have to foods such as lactose or wheat??

    i would suggest that the healthiest way to achieve a high level of antioxidants in your body is to fill up on organic fresh fruits and vegies, cold water fresh fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting and leafy and green vegies............... color your dinner plate with brightly colored fresh and natural foods to get the richest possible supply of antioxidants ♥

    Anything you get out of a bottle or from a tablet will never possibly have the health & vitality benefits of the fresh, natural real source of the food ♥

    Ditch sugar, saturated fat laden, prepackaged & junky type foods also sodas & soft drinks as they provide negligble nutritional value anyways.
