  1. You MUST have the HARDWARE to do this first!

If you computer or outside disk drive does not do this, it is impossible unless you print a disk label on your printer.

If your hardware came with this function you would ALREADY have the software on the computer to do this.

  2. Option 1:  If you want to burn an image onto a CD you need to have a CD drive that has lightscribe technology. To check if you have that you can just look at your CD drive and if it has lightscribe then there will be an icon on its front that says lightscribe. Also, if you want to do that you need special CDs too. You can buy a lightscribe drive and the CDs at Circuit City or Best Buy...or Walmart. When you buy the lightscribe drive it might come with software to burn those images, if not, Nero or Roxio should do it.  Option 2:  But, if you don't want to do that you can buy sticky labels that you can write, draw, or print pictures on that cover the whole CD and then you stick them onto the CD, but you have to be careful or the labels won't be flush with the CD and they'll stick off the side. There is special software for that also.  Option 3:  And if you don't want to do either of the above, you can buy special printers that print images onto special CDs that you also have to buy. Plus the printer comes with the needed software. (the CDs already have a label on them and you put them on a plastic tray to run through the printer) Hope this is what you wanted. Oh and BTW, Vista does not come with the appropriate software.

  3. Ultra-light scribe is one and the disk does not flip. The label is put on correct side with this utility.
