Nightclubs historically have a greater proportion of males, as compared to frmales, so they offer special entry or drink pricings only to the females, in order to try to even the numbers.  If you wish to find a girl there, you will need to pay, especially in the finer establishments.  In order to find a nice girl, maybe try a hobby club, class in the local Community College, the library, or your place of worship.  It may prove less costly, and you may be likely to find a better class of woman to spend time with.
