I've had my Yorkie for 14 years now, and as a puppy, she was the cutest thing in the world, that I could've cried. But on Living with The Lohans, Ali Lohan got a mini-maltese and it was ADORABLE. So just depends on your liking. But I have to go with the Yorkie.

Also, when Yorkie's grow up, the stay amazingly cute, and when Maltese grow up, they get dirty easily and their eyeboogers make terrible stains.

Well me personally I think the English bulldog is the cutest puppy with all their wrinkles and fat. But if I had to pick between the 2 you listed I think the maltese is waaay cuter!
