overfished fish or just fish with chemicals harmful to humans are in sushi? in different freezer fish? what fish is sold the most in the freezer isle, is it bad for humans and is it overfished terribly? how can we help stop it?

check packaging for fish that has been "fish farmed"   as far as I'm concerned that's the only conscience saving type of fish to eat.  

The ocean fisheries are 10-20% of what they used to be several hundred years ago.  the fishery data recorded started when the fishing grounds were already massively depleted - so the data is not realistic.  Hence fishing practices are still very strong world wide.

Do what I do - eat more celery - lol
