Which quarters have been issued?

My son has been collection state quarters lately and I know he doesn't have the first ones that were issued. I would like to know if there is a site where I can find a list of state quarters which have been issued and how long do they stay in circulation?

  1. they started making them in 1999 and there making 5 every year until there are no more the last year they come out is 2008 this year which i think the last quater is alaska because it was the last state admitted into the union i collect them to and have almost all of them i bought a book online to keep mine in it works great ill find a link that has al the quarters in order and the year they came out P.S. please give me best answer and to the answer below me the one u couldet remember is alaska because it was the last state admitted into the united states thats how they release them in that order

  2. My dad said that they only 2 that arent out are Hawaii and he said anohter one but i cant think of it right now. ALL other quarters are out. if I think of the state I will let you know.

  4. California and Nevada have also been issued; they were admitted to the union decades before Arizona, anyway.  I think I have also seen Florida, Montana, Nebraska and Washington state, but am not sure.

  5. I've been collecting quarters for all my grandkids since they started. All quarters are out except Arizona, Hawaii, and Alaska. Good luck, I heard they are not going to be releasing the last ones. Hopefull that is not true!!
