Which "King of the Hill" episode is it where Bill Dauterive uses the word "funishment"?

I want to get the exact quote, but I can't find which episode it was and I can't remember exactly what Bill was referring to when he said it. If I knew the name of the episode, I might be able to get the exact quote, or maybe you know the exact quote?

It was the episode, I believe, where Bobby and Connie go to "the Caves" with Joseph.  Hank comes out of his house, to find Bill and Dale cleaning the gutters, which was Bobby's punishment.  Hank angrily mentions that it was Bobby's punishment.  Bill responds, "you say punishment, I call it Funishment"
