Well that all depends on taste.  I like restaurants near big cities because i like to be able to choose were i want to eat at but it is different for ever person and every bodies taste is different so it all depends on what kind of food you are wanting to go out to get at a restaurant and it all depends  on what you are in the mood for that day.

A really good Italian place that is very affordable is Macaroni Grill.  It is really good and if it's your brithday, they sing to you in Italian and they give you a free cake!

Sam's Deli Diner hands down.  It is a greasy spoon, hole in the wall kind of place.  South East side of Kirkwood and I-10 in Houston Texas.  This link is a little old, they got a bigger place across the freeway.  Henry still works there, take a trip and visit him one day.  You won't be disappointed.
