I guess it is the mindset. Once they put their heart and soul in something, everything else takes back seat. Of course, the leader which build up their business has to have the right quality as well. Power of persuasion, tenacity etc etc. I have personally seen a few frens of mine who are so into their work, the only time they spend with their loved ones is less than 5 hrs a week. Which is like 1 dinner and lunch and during which they are having dinner, their loved ones still would not have exclusivity of time.
