Which race of humans has the largest brain? Ability to learn?

How it is ok to talk about the other differences, but when it comes to brain size and the ability to learn, you whimp out and are afraid to tell the truth?

Germans, FACT: German scientist were brought to the US after WWII, hummmmm. AND How come there are no African American run countrys doing well? just a thought? How come so many millions of people find there way into the USA barely speaking english, if at all and manage live comfortably and stay out of jail, hummmm. But a large % of the African American race with all the extra affirmative action laws still never seem to be able to pull them selves up and out, and who best populates the prisions with a significant lower % of the general population, hummmm. I know the cacassion man is keep them down. okay. How about lazy, irresponsible, have babies and won't stick around, violent crimes, drive by shootings, should i go on. I'd say there is a significant difference between the brains. Just like dogs different breeds have different charater and intelligence differences. Pit bull v/s German shepard, ha ha...Think use your brain, look around.
