  1. There is no single stand alone radiation detector that measures all of these.

    Alpha detector is scintilation type.

Neutron detector is Boron Tri-Flouride type.

Gamma/Beta is Geiger-Müller type (aka Geiger counter)

Even this list is not perfect, there is some overlap between what each can measure and how efficiently (i.e. what ranges of exposure and energies of incident radiation).

"The Navy is phasing over to the Multi-Function RADIAC (MFR): This instrument replaces 16 families of obsolescent equipment to provide increased capability at what will be significantly lower operating costs once the MFR Control Unit and its entire complement of probes have been developed. The Control Unit and one probe are currently being fielded, but in order to achieve the full design functionality of the MFR, several probes that will detect various other types of radiation (alpha, gamma, beta, neutron) must yet be developed." (from link)

As you can read, even this super modern detector requires multiple different probes to detect all the types of radiation you mention.

  2. it depends on the type of radiation you measure and the intensity.
