Which ratings in the Navy can take you to E-4 after 'A' school?

I know that ratings such as CT and Nuke can get you to E-3 after boot camp then to E-4 after technical school. Are there any other ratings that can take you up there?

Currently, other than CT and Nuke Ratings, the ones that I know for sure are: ET, SO (SEAL) and EOD; I'm not sure about SB (SWCC) and ND (Navy Diver).

Sure. Any of the advanced electronic programs will off excellerated advancement after A School as long as you keep a certain grade point average.  Ratings such as AT and ET will get you their if you sign up for their advanced program, wich means A school and then C school before you even get to the fleet...
