I don't know how you could say colston hes good but not as good as smith i mean come on smith is a monster no DBcan shut him down he is going to put up big numbers even with 2 game gone better than colstons numbers because now he wont be doubled cover every play and that's another thing he has always put up 1,000 yards even doubled covered even playing with vinny and david carr and matt moore if jake did not go down 1200 yards and 10+ TDs he had 3 with jake in 2 games and 4 with every other QB the panthers had last year so the way i see it its no contest

i would have to say both but steve smith is better towards experience but marques colston will go better cause his size strength and ability hes just as good as plaxico burress but he will develop more on but steve smith is just faster than colston to me if anything colston is very underatted in the media so i cant say but as far as i look at it steve is faster but colston can jump higher and they both should be double covered in most plays in the nfl and you have to look at colstons rookie season if he wasn't injured 3 games he would have finish the top wide reciever and plus steve smith wasn't even close to marques colston's numbers last year and youth also comes to this solution steve smith 7 years marques colston 2 years so i believe

he has steve largent capability as well and QB's isn't the situation jake delhome played in a super bowl against the patriots and drew brees has never played in one so i look at the situation as both but steve smith is a quicker so thats put's marques colston questionable but marques bullies the corners better than steve but steve is tougher and more determined than marques but marques is still developing and it also depends on what they do for their teams steve smith didn't beat marques colston in the best receiver battle last year so im thinking thats how it should be decided
