Tony Spreadbury

'Spreaders' has a great rapport with the players. Gets a game flowing without being the centre of attention. Constantly talks to players about what he wants.

Also...

Saved an England U21 props life during training a couple of years ago. Spreaders was refereeing a scrum session and the scrum went down. One of the props broke his neck but Spreaders kept him alive with CPR.
