    Its about 8 months right now if you already have the time requirements.

    But my advice is to pick a company based on things like schedule, domicile, company culture, and so forth.  You'll probably be there for a while and its best if you work someplace you enjoy going.  Don't pick it based on upgrades, because that changes so rapidly you can't really predict what will be happening next year.  Don't pick it based on pay rates because that is one of the most misleading numbers you'll get fed.

    I cane from a company that paid $23 per hour my first year and I managed to pull down all of 19k my first year.  I left them and went to another regional where I was paid $19.25.  I managed to earn about 34k with 14 days off per month during my first year at that company.  Its all about quality of life and flexibility.
