Which reliever is better?

Question

I have Brian Wilson and have the option to pick up Saloman Torres. Who is the better choice? My other closers are Sherrill and Nathan

Torres has better numbers, like lower WHIP and ERA and also hes in a better situation with the Brewers than Wilson is with the Giants. I would definitely go with Torres but keep in eye because if his production starts to drop then Eric Gagne could regain the closer duties. GL

Torres.Wilsons WHIP and ERA stink.Torree will get more save chances.If you get a releiver with a high whip it can kill your whole pitching stats.Sherrill isnt much better when it comes to era and whip.If you are behind in stats on WHIP and ERA Im trading Sherril.I put him up for trade and got some awesome offers for him because most people dont understand how one releivers bad whip can kill your stats.

Lets compare the stats.

Torres: 5-3, 2.86 ERA, 1.288 WHIP, 39 K, 20 SV.

Wilson: 0-2, 4.57 ERA, 1.500 WHIP, 46 K, 28 SV.

Myself, I don't think that the extra 8 saves justifies the difference in ERA and WHIP.  Go Torres.
