Which research method would you choose to investigate this group of people?

A completely secluded,previously unknown group of peolpe have been discovered.If you were able to choose one research method to investigate this group of people ,which one would you choose and why?

Naturalistic observation - if it is a previously unknown group of people, you want to remain unobtrusive, and observe their culture and social dynamics.  The information, very much like an ethnographer, would be rich and detailed in qualitative content.
