Which resort in Ko Samet do you recommend?

I'll be staying there in October. Please tell me your experience and about how much you paid for the room.

I know one thing I wouldn't stay at is Vongdeuan Resort, the rooms are nice, but the hotel management is very unfriendly and cheap.

I’d recommend Sai Kaew Beach Resort. Great value for the money, good for families, couples, old or young. location is brilliant since you have the best of both worlds- the nearby beach resturants and bars as well as the privacy of a relatively uncrowded beach.  TV had sport and movie channels in English. The food was also very very nice. Cheaper eating spots are an easy walk away and tides not a hindrance.  68USD (discount from 117USD) for Oct http://www.discovery-thailand.com/Hotels...  Have a nice trip!

Well, i went to Lima Coco Resort in Ao Prao Beach, it's quite expensive in my idea and it's far away from everything (like another beach, restuarants but you can take a taxi to go to other places though) But it's good if you want to stay in a quiet place.

Sai Keaw Beach Resort seems nice though
