  1. 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower

    301 Front Street West

    Toronto, ON M5V-216

Great food and spectacular view. I had a great time!

    Ruth's Chris Steak House

    145 Richmond Street, West

I could not have asked for a better steak!

  2. I do not know which is the best places to eat in Toronto but I know there are many good restaurant, for good food in my beautiful country - Vietnam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. I visited Toronto a few years ago, it was only for a day, so we only had very little time to eat, but...

The top of the CN tower has a very cool rotating restaurant and a good selection of food - if you want to get a good view while eating, I would very much recommend this.  We only had time for a snack up there, and ended up eating in the Hard Rock Cafe (mainly because both my wife and I are huge fans of the Hard Rock franchise) - that's fine if you want burgers, steak etc.

If you're heading on from Toronto towards Niagara - avoid eating in Niagara and head to Niagara-on-the-lake - it's a very small quaint town that has a lot more specialist places (Niagar is very commercial).

    Hope this helps?

  4. Great variety in TO, Biff's is more $ bistro on Front St,

Mosoon on Simcoe is fun Asian(pretty fair$).

Guess it depends on what you like, there are a lot of places that serve typical chain like, but good food:  Mr. Greeenjeans, Pickle Barrel.  You can pick up dining guides at hotels or around the city. Enjoy the city!!

  5. "The Pickle Barrell" - http://www.picklebarrel.ca

really, really great staff - fast friendly & fantastic food.

Prefer restaurant around Yonge St. (Atrium)

Their 'surf & turf' is amazing. Get it with a ceasar salad too.

Fun & informal - but high quality food.

For 'snacks' - 'Denny's', or Swiss Chalet for a decent chicken meal.

There are also LOTS of regional / ethnic places. eg. Japanese, Thai, Jamaican, Cajun...

  6. Why are you asking this on the UK and Ireland site? I doubt that many of us have been to Toronto.

  7. Try 'Honest Ed's' just across the road from the CN Tower.
