Which restaurant has given you food poisoning in Sydney? If you told them, what did they do about it?

The last place I got food poisoning was in a cheese farm, outside Amsterdam.  I already had left so they didn't do anything about it.

It was several years ago but I got food poisoning after eating at Tin Hong on Oxford St. I didn't tell them as I got sick a few hours later but Tin Hong is a 24hr Chinese takeaway and I ate it after drinking so maybe it is partly my fault (combo of food and alcohol). I have eaten there since (am I crazy?) and it was fine.
