Which restaurant in Vancouver B.C. provides excellent food and a very romantic atmosphere?

I personally like Raincity Grill. Great food, service, and an intimate atmosphere.  

I also went to Raintree at the Landing a long time ago and thought it was romantic. It had a fantastic view of the harbor and Canada place. I don't have first hand experience of it recently, but it still seems to get good reviews.

Small Italian place on East Hastings and Kamloops called Felicia's.  Home made pasta right on site, cozy place, intimate atmosphere and the staff are friendly. Good prices too!
