Which restaurant is best for dinner?

On 30th Nov 2006 is my 5th marriage aniversary. so on this occassion i want to go to dinner in a restaurant with my wife. can anyone tell me which restaurant will be cheap and the best in DELHI.

Go to a restaurant which is hygenically maintained with an environment of serenity which will be more romantic than a busy restaurant.Dine in candle light light while listening to a faint but clear music which will make both of you still very close.Cannot suggest a particular name but basicall consider te above.

For Chinese - Try .... Empress of China
