Olive Garden they make the best cesar salad's and you will not go wrong with a breadstick or two.

Wendy's makes a really good salad, but Olive Garden or Applebees is a step up. If you live in the Central Ohio area, check out First Watch -- they serve the BEST salads.

yeah I think it depends.

fast food- probably Wendy's.

eating out- I love Macaroni grille.

it depends if your looking for a traditional or a modern. I hear Olive Gardens is pretty good, my personal favorite is from a little corner cafe down the street from my house. but it is fairly easy to make and often tastes really good if you make it yourself. And its healthier, because you can control the ingredients, and your making it for quality, not quantity. : )
