Which restaurants in singapore offer birthday services such as bringing out their birthday cake with candles lit after dinner? If they wanna do a birthday song for me, I don't mind. I wanna surprise my good friend during her birthday. =)

Dude.. Most restaurants do have this service...all u got to do is to ask them...to help you.. if the restaurant sells cake, it's best you buy it from there.. Cos some of them would provide this service only if you buy their cakes (cheapos)... =D

You can try Secret Garden. You are able to request anything special and they will try to do it for you. Reservation will need to be done first.

Try Conrad hotel, Oscar restuarant. I celebrated my birthday last year with my best friend and guess what? They prepared a birthday cake plus a little bear to our table. Of course it includes their staff came singing birthday song for me as well.

It was really a nice surprise! :)
