Joe's Crab Shack!!  OMG they make such a big deal out of your birthday there.  On my son's 20th birthday, they made him wear a viking helmut and gave him a spear and he had to walk around the restuarant and on my birthday, they gave me a drum and made me walk around banging it like the energizer bunny.  Too funny!!!  They all come to your table and sing!!!

Most of the restaurants in LA do that. As long as you tell them when you check in. And lots of them will provide you with a cake.

For 7 years old, Chuck E Cheese probably is a good place for her.
