I'm looking mostly for central or east London (City, Westminster, Southwark, Lambeth, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets). Budget is flexible.

hi, there is caffe concerto in regent street london who is open on boxing and XMAS DAY. there is also another branch in knightsbridge called patisserie concerto, they r the same.. the cakes they have is marvelous, hope u enjoy anad merry xmas

Zinc is open and very good - also Oxo tower - depends how much you want to spend :)

Wings, chinese buffet is open but you have to pay 10% extra.

Its located on east india dock road. worth the money.
