You may be able to find it at Sally's Beauty Supply.  Major chain with shops all over town.

You can find NYX in some drugstores.  I know you can find it in Rite Aid, if there's one in your area.  If there's a Longs or a CVS you might be able to find it there.  You can also find it at ULTA.  You can use the store locator to see if there's an ULTA near you.  You might also be able to find it in some beauty supply stores.

Try an ULTA Beauty store. It's the only place I've seen it sold. They have a limited selection, at the one near me. They mostly just have the eyeshadows, eyeliner, and jumbo pencils. I didn't see any pigments or mascaras.
