Walmart has the cheapest rice cookers and a whole bunch of them. On the list, which rice cooker should I buy to get that sticky, tasty white rice that is always served in Chinese restaurants?

  1. I would not recommend the black and decker one from Wal-mart.  Every time I tried to use that one the rice stuck and got all lumpy.  I would try a different brand.  Its easy to make rice in a regular pan. I've gone back to that way after using my rice cooker.

  2. from walmart? ew!   if thats all you can get to then I'd go with

but if you want a good rice cooker. find your local asian food mart and see if they have any. those are usually the best.

  3. they are all the same

  4. Boil rice and add vinegar thats all it is but you might want to look up how much vinegar.  Don't waste your money on something you don't need
