  1. Any sailboat that is underpowered, meaning small sail for the size of the boat.

    Gotta go with the trimaran, also. Went out on the Woodwind trimaran on Tahoe years ago, and it barely heeled over, and we had a nice fresh breeze.


  2. Catamarans, Trimarans, and Catboats. Most modern boats are actually far more flat-sailing than older ones with full keels, but tend to have less ultimate stability, i.e. the point of vanishing stability is sooner.

  3. Easy answer..

    The ones with "Iron Sails".

    Much in all as I love sailing my best idea of that is putting two keys in  holes and starting 2 rather large diesel engines (iron sails) and go have fun. strangely enough by the time you make your sails it costs much the same to run said iron sails (and I'm basing that on running a pair of 3208 cats at full noise)

  4. The ones that are drifting waiting for the wind to pick up.
