  1. of those two I would say the oven roasted but my fav is the BMT!!!

  2. My vote is for Subway's Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.

  3. Teriyaki!

  4. Oh my opinion is the sweet teryaki. But I suggest you try both. Your own taste buds will tell you. My daughter works at subway...I will ask her which one sells most!

  5. Teryaki is just the sauce.

When your order the Chicken Teriyaki the meat is in pieces.

So I order the Chicken Breast & have them put the sauce on it. YUM YUM!

  6. oven rosted i have never had terioki

  7. Oven Roasted chicken breast! From subway!

  8. oven roasted chicken breast!

  9. Sweet Onion Chicken Terryaki....its my favorite out of all the subs. I like it with sweet onion sauce, mayo, onions, red peppers, tomato, pickles and Parmesan. and I like it on herb and cheese bread. I always get a footlong.

  10. Sweet onion is awesome

  11. Sweet Chicken Teryaki

  12. I love the oven roasted chicken and my daughter loves the chicken teriyaki. I guess they're both pretty good!

  13. Oven Roasted Chicken, however, instead of mayo/mustard, tell them to add marinara sauce and toast it. This will be the greatest sandwich you will ever eat there, and you shall thank me

  14. I like the Sweet Chicken Teryaki better. It has a good sauce!

  15. the sweet chicken teriyaki is by far better, it has a unique flavor.  The chicken breast is good but has nothing special about it

  16. The Sweet Chicken Teriyaki because of the flavor.

  17. Chicken Teryaki. Yet the Chicken Breast is healthier for you.

I usually get the Chicken Breast Salad from Subway - 110 calories, and it tastes amazing! Fills your right up :)
