  1. "Snorting" salt water does great things for sinus. I've had 2 sinus surgeries and use regular sea salt. Don't get carried away with the amount cause it will burn. I taste mine, should be about the salty of tears or saline solution. You can also buy ready mixed nose rinse and or something called  a nettie pot. Netties have been around forever in herbal healing, now Drs are recommending them to patients.

    Also do a net search for sinus lavage, It should bring up methods, ratios. There is also a Sinuneb. it's a machine used for getting antibiotics into the sinus & spraying water up there to rinse and clean.
