Which secured credit card offers airmiles??

i am a non us resident. i understand that all major U.S banks open bank accts. for non res. and therefore can also offer secured CREDIT CARDS, but which offers airmiles?

The first poster had the right idea about the UltraVX card, but USBank also offers secured cards with airmiles.

You can go for any Cobranded card with airlines... It is the best way to do so- or contact your airline.. they will have such arrangements with the credit card companies .
