I was looking to buy a new set of irons. Aftere thinking about it, I thought it would be best for me to get a forgiving set. The two that I was looking at are the Cobra 2008 FP II Irons, and Nike 4D slingshot. Which one is the most forgiving? THanks for the help.

  1. I HIGHLY recommend the Slingshots. They have helped my game big time... They hit very straight, and eliminate alot of mishits... I need all the help I can

  2. every aspect of the cobra's are better for alot of reasons but with any golf club you gotta swing it i would tell you to buy the cobras but you might like the nikes better so try them both.

  3. Every swing is different (although Adam Scott's looks almost identical to Tiger's), so intead of listening to the testimonials of people you've never met, try demo-ing both sets to see which one you feel more comfortable with.

  4. slingshot

  5. http://www.golfclubplayability.com/IronP...

Check out that link.  The higher the number the more playable the irons are.

  6. b-4 u buy   check out 1 irongolf.com  i started using these clubs and had my first sub par round...m

  7. i like the cobra

  8. I jst got a set of Nike Slingshot 4D and I love em. They are very forgiving but thier touch around the green is still great, a knock on most game improvement irons. My approach shots are a lot better and I still have the chipping around the greems.

  9. slingshots are more forgiving

  10. cobra man!

  11. The Cobras are, by design, the more forgiving option of the two.

  12. wilsons,slingshots,taylormades

  13. If you are a high Handicapper, I suggest the Callaway Big Berthas..I have 2006 version and I was impressed how forgiving they were when I tried to step up to blades
