Which should i buy Gta IV or MGS4?

i only got enough money for one of em cuz i just bought madden 09 last week.i played gta iv and really liked it but hadnt played mgs4

I found both of these games to be overated by review sites, they are a solid 9 but not a 10. I say get GTA 4 because it has more replayabilty and it doesnt have 10 hours worth of cutscenes (not joking).

It depends really on your playing style. rent MGS4 and if you like it better, get it

gta4, mgs4 is half play and half cutscenes. or if you dont already have it get cod4, best game evar.

definitely MGS4. to the people who say GTA 4 has a better replayabilty value they are wrong, you will most likely get bored of GTA, but with MGS4 there are 70 weapons to collect, 40 different end game emblems and even secret camo. Also Metal Gear Online is great,i say one of the best multiplayer ever. Finally GTA is overrated however MGS4 is not, and it doesn't have 10 hours of cut-scenes, at most 7 and it only feels like an hour all together because the game is by far the greatest cinematic experience in a game to date. There is only 1 flaw with MGS4, if you arent familiar with the other games and/or the story you may be completely confused.

so there for MGS4 is a much better game, with out a doubt
