Which should i buy for my son?

Ok my sons birthday is next week and i was looking in wal-mart and i was looking at the video games section and i was wondering which of the three gaming consoles should i buy for my son

My son is 14 years old and he has had a a playstation 2 and Nintendo DS

He is intrested in shooting games but like in a platforming way because he love the ratchet and clank series and also he likes driving games

well the ratchet and clank is ps3 exclussive and it has the best racing games(gt5 prologue, nfs undercover,midnight club la,grid,burnout paradise ...) it may cost more tahn the rest but it comes with everything u will possibaly need. if u get a 360 and wii u will end up paying more for add on's. it has both motion sensing controllers and vibrating controllers and it is the cheapest and most advanced blue ray player on the market!!

trust me he'll love it, i know cuz my mom got me one too and it was the best thing ever.

DON'T I REPATED DON'T GET HIM A PS3 OR 360!!!! get him the wii they are way better than the ps3 and 360.the wii is getting lots of good shooter games pluse it has mario kart wii which is really fun!the games are good. the controller makes it fun.the wii also has the most games

the ps3 and 360 are just computers that are trash.you paying $400-$500 for a controller and a useless ps3 or 360,.

I'd say the xbox 360 or playstation 3 Nintendo Wii doesn't have much shooters but it has a lot of platform games like Mario and Zelda. xbox 360 has great shooters like gears of war and halo 3 and has some racing/driving games available. playstation 3 is similar to the xbox 360 but the system is more expensive and doesn't have as much shooting games but has the ratchet and clank series.

Wow whoever said to get him a Wii has some problems... If your son is 14 years old, he probably wont like the Wii very much. It's more for kids, probably up to 10 years old. I thought it looked like so much fun, then my cousin got one. I mastered every game on it, and he has about 10 games. For his age, I would really recommend a PS3 because the older kids get, the more they like good graphics. Little kids don't care about graphics, and the Wii has pretty crappy graphics. As for the X-Box 360, it's pretty good but i haven't actually tried one. All I know is that the PS3 has better graphics. An X-Box 360 can access internet though, there is some kind of Instant Messenger on it like on the Nintendo DS.

The Wii probably has a few shooting games, and the driving games suck! It is impossible to steer, I am very good at video games... I am almost positive that the PS3 or the X-Box 360 has better shooting and driving games.

Well, you just said he loves the R and C series, and you said he hates the Wii controller. I recommend the PS3 then. The PS3 has good shooters and racing games. Metal Gear Solid 4 is a MUST BUY if you buy a PS3. MGS4 is the best PS3 game so far.
