Question:

Which side of the nib touches the paper?

I'm kinda new. Is it the side that goes in or the side that goes out?

  1. if your talking about caligraphy,,,the curve of the nib should face outwards,,like the ends faceing you. like a lowercase 'n', not a 'u'. its hards to describe..try looking at pictures on yahoo or google. and always use downward strokes so that your dont tear your paper, and blot everytime you dip in the ink


  2. If you are talking about a fountain pen, use the side of the nib which goes in to connect w/ the main body of the pen...
