On the left, just the same as in England.....but Cypriots do often have their own unique way of driving....so do have your wits about you!! If they pull up at traffic lights on red....they will continue to slowly creep across....so by the time the lights change back to green, they've practically crossed the lights anyway!! They park hap-hazzardly, and then there are the ones that either hirtle along the motorway at breakneck speed, or you will come across the ones who trundle along the motorway as slowly as possible!!

Having said that, theres not too much traffic here in Cyprus anyway...so its relatively safe on the roads.

yes same england, drive on left side of the road.

Driver steer wheel is on right side of the car, just same england. I liked Cyprus I have been there for my holiday :D

Hi, As everyone else has said they drive on the same side of the road as us in Eng.  When you are driving watch out for the speed traps, they are very keen and the police just seem to come out of nowhere.  The motorways are good to drive on, but as you are getting nearer the larger towns the traffic does get a lot busier, especially as you get near the capital Nicosia,  the best bit of advice i can give you is, "When in Rome do as the Romans do", in other words drive like a local.  Have a great stay i will be in Pernera 10th September and i cant wait, i always drive over there i have been going to Cyprus for the past 20 years.

same as the uk ie the left, btw its easy driving over there the roads are usually good only trouble is nikosia is a bit mad.

On the left side as UK. Be careful with the driving in Cyprus because even that we have very good motorways and roads people drive like crazy. The good thing is that the police started now a big campaign about driving safety.
