Whichever side it implants on, which would probably be the side your egg is released from. It could 'stick' anywhere, including in the front and in the back and even by the neck of the womb (cervix) which is the worst place to attach for labor and delivery...or you could have an ectopic pregnancy, which is where implantation occurs in the fallopian tube. This is also a dangerous thing for the mother and could result in the need for surgical removal of the pregnancy and possibly the tube. In rare instances, pregnancy can happen OUTSIDE the uterus, meaning the fertilized egg is implanted on an ovary, on the outside of the uterus, or even on surrouding organs.

There's no specific place for implantation to occur.
