Who edits their speech the most, and thinks about what they'll say before saying it?

I'm thinking Taurus, but I'm not sure...

I would say Libra. We are diplomatic and very careful about how we appear to others to maintain balance. We are the sign of partnerships and enjoy being in the company of others, so we make sure to say the right things. Some Libras may start out speaking before they think, but throughout their lives as they grow older, they'll learn that thinking first gives them the result that they want. In general the air signs are thinkers, so Libra needs to weigh out the pros and cons of everything before taking action, even speaking.

Edit: Well, I don't know about other Libras, but I feel that I am very careful with my words. I always make sure I say exactly what I want said, and I rarely make mistakes with that. Remember that the whole birth chart plays a role, not just the Sun.

I say Scorpios!! We figure out other people secrets before revealing our own and we stay in the background until we feel safe to reveal ourselves.  The phrase "still waters run deep" describes us perfectly.  We may be silent, but our mind is everywhere.

You thinking taurus is correct. I ALWAYSSS think of what I say before I spew it.

Capricorns takes the cake though. Capricorns along with virgos are born worriors, and capricorns are verrrrry wise, so they think of their actions before they do because they don't like drama or want any unecessary enemies. Most earth signs think before they speak because we like our routine and dont have time to deal with heavy consequences of our actions.

Libras "think" before they speak, true, but it's usually a lie for peace. I've had a libra friend say "there are alot of things I notice that I could say, but I don't or I lie" haha--str8 from her mouth.
